Our hotel was excellently located right off the motorway and close to the scenic cycle path up Ruwer. the room was spotless with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. the staff was very courteous and they even provided an excellent Mediterranean/Tapas-style dinner served to our room. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the on-site restaurant which was well worth the price.
The hotel's parking was limited, which created some minor difficulties for us during peak meal times.

Over Easter, the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was top-notch and they offered a variety of foods, plus the staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location near transportation links and shopping options made getting around easy and it offered a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside. Best aspect: the restaurant was phenomenal and dinner was tasty, with unique and authentic dishes on the menu.
There were some negatives about the hotel, including the lack of English as a language spoken by the staff, and the difficulty with the Wi-Fi. although the rooms were spacious and clean, the bathroom shower needed improvement as the water frequently ran onto the bathroom floor.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay in a cute little town close to the city center. The breakfast was really worth it, we enjoyed an outstanding culinary experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a cozy and warm ambiance that made us feel at home.
The stairs to our room were steep and narrow, which could be tricky for some people. , the noise from other guests dragging their luggage down the metal steps outside was disturbing.
